Our filter uses premium quality oiled cotton gauze sandwiched between layers of wire screen. This special design permits high flow rates, minimum restriction, maximum filtration and longer filter life. New paper or foam filters simply cannot match our flow-rates and when only slightly dirty, their performance drops off sharply. On the other hand, it flows like new for up to 50,000 miles without cleaning.
